The rains during the couple of weeks has eroded some soil from our plot and it has gone and deposited in front of out neighbour.
We had a site cut after this incident.
Now the neighbour wants our builder to clean it. I would like to know whether I or the builder is liable for rain water runing down and carrying silt and clay to a low ****** area?

Don't know where you are but in Victoria its usual for Builders to erect silt fences on the low side of sloping building sites.
