Your reply would be appreciated and put my mind at ease. Thanks Re: BUILDING IN JORDAN SPRINGS 205May 10, 2013 10:43 am G'day Panthers, I have been living in JS Since Sept '12 and have not had or even seen one ounce of trouble. It appears to be very isolated and some vocal serial complainers. We have a fantastic area and excellent neighbours. I would gladly reccommend JS to anyone as a great place to live. Building the Strand 40 by Kurmond Homes in Jordan Springs, Penrith Blog:http://houseofhep.blogspot.com/ Back to base alarms 207May 17, 2013 11:47 am Hi All Has anyone configured back to base or to their mobile alarms via VOIP. I presume all the phone connections in JS are via VOIP and my Alarm installers have told me that they would not be able to configure back to base /mobile as it is via VOIP. Please share you experience with this as it would be helpful to all at Jordan Springs. Regards Mashp Re: BUILDING IN JORDAN SPRINGS 208Aug 29, 2013 3:37 pm Hi All, I am looking to build a house in Jordan Springs and would like to know if anyone has already built their house with Kurrajong Homes Penrith. They seem to be a small builder and seem to have almost everything included in their package. Their package has landscaping and fencing included too and the price seems to be reasonable comparing to other big builders. I could not find any review of Kurrajong homes online. So, if anyone had dealt with these guys, can you please write your experience? If you could help me with anything I need to take care would be much appreciated. Cheers Re: BUILDING IN JORDAN SPRINGS 209Aug 30, 2013 9:17 pm Hi Everyone, We are moving into JS in around 5 weeks and I am also concerned now about the break and enters! Have there been many? We are moving into Sinclair Parade, does anyone know of any trouble there at all? Was so excited about moving but a little freaked out now especially if they are getting in while you are home and in bed. Any info would be great, thanks Re: BUILDING IN JORDAN SPRINGS 211Apr 21, 2014 1:25 pm Hey guys, I've not long secured a block of land in the latest release in north ridge. We are looking at building with either Eden brae or wisdom homes. Hopefully we'll have our tender presentations in a couple of weeks. Just wondering what to expect with regards to the soil classification in north ridge? Builders both seem to think M class slab with saline exposure is pretty standard for jordan springs. Is this on the money? Re: BUILDING IN JORDAN SPRINGS 212Jul 29, 2014 4:44 pm Hi Everyone, We are planning to buy land in Jordan Springs. And for this reason i have started researching on the web. I came across a robbery case in Jordan Spring while reading threads from this website. A user name "Telmish" wrote some comments about the robbery on page 10 of this thread. I know it was a while back but just want to know how safe it feels now. And have there been any cases like this in the recent past. Can someone please suggest on the safety of this suburb. Specially with Cranebrook neighbor hood. Please help to provide info! Cheerio OB! Re: BUILDING IN JORDAN SPRINGS 213Jul 29, 2014 5:04 pm I have been here nearly 2 yrs now. Haven't had a problem, though the cranebrook neighbourhood is only 500mts from my home. With more people moving into new homes, the break-ins should be a thing of the past. Re: BUILDING IN JORDAN SPRINGS 214Jul 29, 2014 9:37 pm Hi mashp Thanks for sharing your experience!! Cheerio OB! Re: BUILDING IN JORDAN SPRINGS 215Mar 31, 2015 11:26 am hi all, A bit off the topic. I have registered for land release. Can you please let me know how difficult getting a land from land lease was? There is a release soon, and I was wondering what kind of timeline(in mins, or hours) that I am looking at when I need to get my priority number from land lease. Any pointer in this direction would surely help... best regards Re: BUILDING IN JORDAN SPRINGS 217Mar 31, 2015 12:03 pm Emma1906 The land will sell out (priority will exceed) in less than 3 minutes. I responded in 1 min 40sec and got #26 Wow, that is tough then! Thanks for your reply, tho. When was this? The reason I am asking is trying to understand if the demand is still the same, or gone down a bit since. Re: BUILDING IN JORDAN SPRINGS 218Mar 31, 2015 1:08 pm I did see at least one block from the last release didn't sell but is currently for sale by the developer Realestate.com. However this may be due to it being a funny shaped block as well as being large and expensive ($457,250) Re: BUILDING IN JORDAN SPRINGS 220Mar 31, 2015 4:33 pm I believe there are still a few blocks from previous releases available. But as Emma said, the demand is high. Best advice, is to have a fast internet connection and an even quicker hand. In our release we ended up with #11 in about 40seconds. go upvc window frames ensure insulation under colorbond. not just sarking, lighter color roof also not sure if you have seen this viewtopic.php?t=5823 last couple of pages… 4 110570 Even if it's not being sub-divided and you want to keep it as Torrens title, you will still need to talk to a town planner or Council themselves, to see if they will allow… 1 11035 |
