We are building with AV / Sekisui in Aberglasslyn, NSW. We're building the Piazza 300 with Newport facade. So far everything is going well and things moving very quickly since the site work has started. You can view our thread through the link in my signature. Did you choose many upgrades for your home? Ok. Your floorplan looks good! We didnt do too many upgrades. Ceiling height, china basin, ceasarstone in ensuit, carpets in colour selection, upgraded bricks, facade, hand shower, shower recess... All I can think of now. We also added a gas point to our alfresco. Did you do any upgrades? Re: Anyone building with AVJennings / Sekisui house? 5May 29, 2011 8:31 pm ![]() Ok. Can anyone tell me how long it possibly can take before completion? Has anyone had trouble with the 26 week time build? Im having communication issues with them and have been told it should be finished by late Feb 2012 which does not add up ![]() Thank you Kelly Anyone building with AVJennings / Sekisui house? 9Aug 25, 2011 6:37 am It's hard to tell Kelly because each area has a different supervisor and building crew. We have paid extra for the pitch of our roof, but the eves dont seem to be long enough at all! Ok...so here are the photos of the eves.....does anyone else think they should be longer than this? We paid extra to increase the pitch of the roof. There should be eves longer than this shouldn't there?
