Hi,
We moved into a new house a couple of months ago and things seem to be alright without major dramas. Just that when we moved in we picked up a few issues that were not picked up while inspection happened.
Like the tiles on both the bathrooms have silicon and from what I hear it is not possible to remove silicon by myself, builders have some tools they can use...is that true? Our builder is taking it easy and saying he wudnt remove it...
Also, one of the showers in the house has soapy water, the rest look alright, just the one I use has soapy kind of water....is that funny? I am not sure, but feel am I being paranoid, or the water in suburbs is different to water in city?
