My block is only 8M wide, so it's a custom design, double storey townhouse (how I envy those that can use ready made plans). The challenge is boundary to boundary for some of the structure (garage and 1 wall). I've thought about going down the "to lock up" path, because I've renoavted 4 houses in the past, so fitouts aren't an issue, and already have all the tools. 2 goals save money, and I haven't finalised finishes, which will probably change once I can see the frame.
