Ok, so I have done a lot of searching and reading on here but can't quite find the answer I'm looking for, apologies if it has already been asked and I've missed it!
We are having three phase power to the meter box put in by the builder (I don't even know why we got it, my partner and his sparky friend decided it was a good idea )
Do we have to connect to three phase power when it comes to connecting to Synergy? It's probably a stupid question!
I've started looking at air con, and three phase is more expensive to install and doesn't have any obvious savings on running costs, so I don't really want to get it if we can help it, but I don't understand how all this stuff works!
Can we get the three phase to the meter but not utilise it unless we have to in the future, thus allowing us to install a single phase air con unit?
My brain hurts!
