Browse Forums Building A New House 1 May 02, 2011 1:55 pm Hi, I brought a Land In Hibiscus 2 ( the Ponds) and the draft contour plans provided by Ponds has 1 metre fall, whereas when we did the site survey by the builder the contour plan says it has around 2.5m fall from Back Left to Front Right side(Opposite direction). Can anyone help me if you guys have huge fall around (2.5m) in the contour plan or do you guys noticed huge differences in contour plans in The Ponds. Use the fall to your advantage when designing not only your house but garden.
