Now we're thinking we'll probably knock it down and put two houses on the block (one for us, the other to sell to recoup the costs). Anyway, just starting to look around for architects and noticed that BMG have done a few nice houses along The Boulevard (along the Maribyrnong river). I was just hoping someone on here had used or spoken to them before to get an idea of how they are. Ideally we'd like someone who can project manage the whole thing for us.
