Be sure to get several quotes for this also, and/or ask your builder for a break-up of the costs to ensure you're not overcharged for them. Some allow the smaller plastic stuff from bunnings DIY, But the city of Belmont and the town of Vic Park require the big concrete ones that need an excavater and sometimes a trafficable lid in the driveways. Canning and the city of Manning/Gosnells aint too far away. You'll need to do a geotech study on the site to determine if there's clay there (apparently there's areas where there's a layer of clay in the substrate). If so, your engineers will advise you on how best to address this, to ensure adequate drainage is possible.
