I will be receiving plans from Allworth real soon and my fiancee and I have decided to make some changes that will require the plans to go back to Allworth Head Office for them draw up new plans. Seeing that the changes we are after will effect the cost of the house does this mean we will be receiving an updated tender and our 120 days tender period will restart from the day we receive the new tender? or will the tender still continue from when we paid our deposit?
