I would love to take the height to 9ft as well for the Talise Q2 which I will build sometime later part of this year. However, my budget has blown sky high and I am not sure whether I should fork out even more! Definitely worth a think though. Thanks EmeryBB for info.

From our tender which was about 14 months ago and could only do they downstairs only or lose the energy rating if we did upstairs aswell.
"Increase ceiling height from 2400mm (nominal) to 2590mm ground floor only" - $2,677
I think it varies from house to house as the new small living houses for example we've noticed some of the upgrades are a bit more expensive.
