hi guys, pls help me to find a good builder. want to build a double storey in lyndhurst vic
There are quite a number of new estates going up in and around Lyndhurst with quite a few double storey display homes. Theres one in Marriott Waters, on the corner of thompsons road and i think it is the sth gippy fwy (!?!) and there is also one off the westernport fwy (i know there were a number of henly, burbank and simmonds homes in that one). You're probably best to google search display home villages, or pick a well known builder and go to their website to view where their display homes are (for example PD are within the Marriott Waters display home village but there are a number of other builders in there too).
It does take a bit of time but you'll find the house that fits your bill. My OH and myself took about 8 months to find our ideal house after visiting countless display homes. Pour over the plans, ask what other options are available to modify the plans (as you might find the house might then fit your criteria).
Good luck with your search!
