Hopefully this goes to plan! I have put down a $1000 hold deposit with PD but not yet signed my contract. Just curious as to what site cost allowance others have been quoted? Also has anyone been given an exact bushfire levy figure for the area? So excited to see some of the building started over there. Good Luck Re: anyone building in armstrong creek? 38Jun 06, 2012 9:38 am Just wondering how everyones block went with all the rain? A few of my work colleagues who pass Warralily each day on their way too work from Barwon Heads said it was flooded.
