At this stage I have been told we should be able to connect to a provider in december but that was originally June and has been pushed back further each month so I won't hold my breath. I will post updates as I receive them, let's hope they pull their finger out and get it sorted!! Had a read of consumer affairs victoria and we're not required to pay until we've inspected the property. All sorted though. Wish you all the best.
