Browse Forums Building A New House Re: anyone building in armstrong creek? 34May 22, 2012 9:43 pm I'm building in stage 23 Warralily Promenade and titles are due to be released in December 2012. Hopefully this goes to plan! I have put down a $1000 hold deposit with PD but not yet signed my contract. Just curious as to what site cost allowance others have been quoted? Also has anyone been given an exact bushfire levy figure for the area? Land settles this Friday and wondering how long it took for you guys to get a site start? Hi there, we settled on April 13, and got scrapped May 11. Slab (hopefully) being poured this week. Telling us they are doing approx 14-15 week builds at the moment. Hope that helps. What house are you building? Thanks for that cjb. Bit longer turn around then I had originally hoped, but goes pretty quick i guess. I'm building the torba (since been renamed to something else).... Pretty keen to start stalking all the Carlisle builds in Armstrong Creek. They are saying titles will be available in January. We are really hoping we do not have the delays that all of you have experienced, Must be so frustrating! So excited to see some of the building started over there. Good Luck Re: anyone building in armstrong creek? 38Jun 06, 2012 9:38 am Just wondering how everyones block went with all the rain? Last I saw, around the estate was flooded but where ever proper roads/guttering had been installed, it was fine. Has anyone done an online quite yet? I did one or our area in Leopold for our 4 bed 23sqs house and they ranged from $850-$1200. Wish you all the best. Once you signed the contract, they will find millions excuses to charge you.
