Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Apr 04, 2011 10:11 pm Hi all, My builder has just told me this "You will not have a wet area certificate for the Laundry as we did not have to provide water proofing to this room as we would have to a Bathroom or Ensuite." Does this sound right? I have received the wet certificates for the ensuite and bathroom but not the laundry. Shouldn't the laundry (with washing machine, basin ) have a wet area certificate too? Please help!
