The best review i believe is word of mouth, so im trying to get as much feed back as i can before comitting to something i plan to live in for a long time! Our experience with wisdom so far has been great, nothing has been to hard for them, we would definitely recommend them from our experiences so far. For the initial tender we worked with Colt from the Ponds, he is fantastic, the tender was smack on and Steve our tender presenter has to dealt with our numerous revisions without a fuss. Go out to Gregory's Hill and have a look through the narrow lot homes, might help you decide or at the least give you some ideas of what works and what doesn't.
