I am in Melbourne and just wondering if anyone has built with NSD Homes or knows any background to the company /homes/quality etc.We are looking to build and thought their display homes looked good.

They dont work like your traditional volume builder though, there is a little more flexibility in some of their designs. That said, i hear they are not on the cheap side either.
