I am just wondering how much more we would be looking to build a house on one of the blocks there given most are on slopes. Did you use a volume builder or a independent builder? Site costs came in at around $18000 with a volume builder. Not too bad as we had around a two metro fall across the build site (1000mm cut at the rear, 800mm fill at the front).
