Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Mar 28, 2011 8:28 pm Hello everyone!!! I'm in the early stages of building our first home and researching all the things I need to watch out for. Regarding cornices, does it come together with "standard" specifications of building a house or do I have to make sure that it's added at Pre-start or stated in the specifications?
