Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Mar 21, 2011 8:56 am Hi Folks, This marks my very first post on this forum even though been getting so many valuable information from all participants. Big thanks to everyone! Our files have recently been moved to the office and got CSC allocated. Hopefully some real things could happen anytime soon. We're building the XXXX. On the subject, for those of you dealing with the eastern region office, I'm just wondering how quick you could get in touch with your CSC by either phone or email? I suppose they're generally busy with several clients concurrently but still would expect a normal turnaround. My experience so far aren't that good like after the initial introduction phone call, our CSC promised to send the letter re tender but never arrived. A couple of phone calls and left messages but no call back. Sending email to CSC with several follow up calls only got th response to my initial email which sent out 5 days ago! Well, this is just the beginning of the building process and I can't imagine what would be happen along the way. Any inputs on this would be highly appreciated. Cheers, Jeff Re: How prompt your PD CSC response to your calls/emails? 2Mar 22, 2011 9:26 am Hi chatdm, It's good to see you on the forum!
