Just wondering if it will cost me to get another with new drawings or its all included in the building cost ?? In the end I had to go with an option that certainly wasn't my preferred one (I wanted corner windows, had to have them on the front). As for whether or not they charge you, that really depends on your contract, as said. If they have a variation fee, then maybe. Of course, you can always say "no", and threaten to walk away if they decide to charge it... not likely to help though.
