Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Mar 08, 2011 2:35 pm Hi All, My partner and I are building our first house and we were wanting to know, we have a relatively flat block and recently have the soil test come in at Class M. We don't have much cut or fill and i have been quoted $22,500 from our building company. My first thought's were that this is way too much. What should i be paying for this class? Any feedback would be much appreciated! Our block is 740sq, size of the house is 30sq. Does that help?
