Complete with a wine cellar (laundry store) which can be viewed from the kitchen! Worth a look...would love to include all those ideas. In my opinion far superior to the Williams Landing display. definately worth a look! Re: Building a Waldorf by Porter Davis 71May 13, 2011 10:47 am Eve Dweller not to do with best sellers, its lot size constraints. ur right, lots are getting skinnier and longer and smaller all in one. Average size is 350sq these days, 450sq is now considered huge. My lot is 22m wide and 33mm long, it was extremely difficult to find a double storey house wide enough to cover the lot. In 5 years time every house will be double store to save on land. Re: Building a Waldorf by Porter Davis 72May 13, 2011 11:07 am I am definitely not looking, not looking, not looking..... Oh but is so want to go and look!!!!! Certianly looks like a waldorf. I did a web search and it’s a Waldorf 43. No pics unfortunately Building a Waldorf by Porter Davis 76May 13, 2011 7:05 pm Quick update from our Waldorf! Very happy to say we have the most outstanding tilers in the building industry!! They have almost finished all the laying, they are back tomorrow to grout everything. We have never seen such immaculate cutting around such intricate corners and fixtures. Huge thumbs up to PD and our SS for hiring these tradies. We are nearing our completion now, roof tiles went on our garage in the past couple of days - amazing feat in this glorious Melbourne weather !! Our wonderful CSC said we may just have handover in four weeks... Cautiously optimistic Am loving the progress and quality of workmanship we are seeing.. Oh, and they fixed all our windows, so we are stoked! Hey, would love to get our tilers a gift to say thanks, normally a slab of Crownies does the trick, but they really don't seem like the slab kinda guys. They are two young, quiet achievers from Afghanistan.. They are working so hard I'd love to say thanks with a small token.... Any ideas???
