Then the painters (again, the original ones, as they have to finish the final coat of clean on the stairwell anyway). Then I need to find an electrician to put in the pendant lights etc. Then I need to get the pool/sauna underway. Then... I'm not sure if skirting boards would have fitted. But bears some thought... Thanks for the idea! I still do not fully understand why you don't bulk prepaint them. But then, I'm not the expert. I'm still waiting on Energy Australia to provision the right sized Gas Meter. We've requested 600MJ capacity, their paperwork states 400MJ (some NuffNuff probably 'fixed' it), and to add insult to injury, the U10 meter they installed only goes to 370MJ anyway...
