Fri Sept 18th! Awesome! When are we going to see some updated pics? Your blog is a little behind Working on it! That is what lunchtime has been used for of late. Actually, I get to skip ahead three weeks as we're up to our trip to Europe. Although, I was thinking of an intermission post, www I was going to tease you all with pics from the holiday. What do you think? Should I? Re: Building a Waldorf or Marriot by Porter Davis 8076Sep 02, 2015 8:47 pm ChrisHeli WE HAVE A PCI DATE! Fri Sept 18th! That's great news. You are almost there. We've fallen behind with our build and have had numerous issues to deal with but it's good to hear your build has gone smoothly. Re: Building a Waldorf or Marriot by Porter Davis 8077Sep 05, 2015 7:06 pm It's been quiet of late on here. Wonder if not many people building at present or just not interested in blogging about it. Either way, would be good to see how everyone is going. It's been good weather for some visits . We are just counting down the days now. Did a tip run (1 whole double axle trailer full), more boxes packed today. Utilities organised, deliveries organised, truck booked and some shopping at IKEA (who have some awesome new furniture of late - I'll update blog with what we bought tonight). How is everyone else tracking? Any new comers to the Waldorf family? Do we have any Grange owners yet? Obviously will vary on size of current house, number of people and years of collected crap (10 in my case!) Re: Building a Waldorf or Marriot by Porter Davis 8079Sep 05, 2015 9:38 pm ChrisHeli Speaking of packing, how long have people spent doing it? Obviously will vary on size of current house, number of people and years of collected crap (10 in my case!) We took 4 weeks to declutter to get our current house on the market... Packing the rest will take about 2 weeks... This is only packing after work, on weekends and when the kids have gone to bed... The garage took me 3 solid days, which I took off work, and probably will take another day before we move out I should add we have about 25 cubic metres of boxes in storage and haven't moved out yet! The garage took me 3 solid days, which I took off work, and probably will take another day before we move out Luckily I can do this over a couple of days... but the garage is a nightmare for me. I have to pack the shelves (3m of them), move the items to the new house, re-assemble the shelves and then unpack (Arrrrgh!). We have our study full of packed boxes and have around 10 more to go I would guess that will get done "on the day" as they are essential items we still use - Toaster, coffee machine, clothes, toiletries etc, etc. My Waldorf 48 Blog: http://gisbornewillows.blogspot.com.au/ Three options 1 Ask the liquidator 2 Find another PD customer and ask the source of their report 3 Pay for new report 3 12336 go upvc window frames ensure insulation under colorbond. not just sarking, lighter color roof also not sure if you have seen this viewtopic.php?t=5823 last couple of pages… 4 110566 |
