What does your independent inspector say?

Frame overhang of any more than 10mm is a compliance issue (as per the image that I shared the other day). When our frame had overhang issues (similar to yours) timber was bolted to the slab for the frame to sit on. The engineer approved it and our independent inspector said that it is common practice.

Thanks for the feedback. I did google "frame overhanging slab" earlier and go through that particular thread as it was right at the top of search results. I wanted to check if there are specific solutions from PD as I'm getting conflicting answers from SS and slab supervisor. These things were highlighted as "defects" in the independent report, which was conveyed to SS.
An update on the situation. Apparently the frames concerned will be bolted down. The independent inspector will check again at lock-up.
