The terrace block out screen on the other hand. I'll give PD the chance to fix it. or refund me the money, cause they have charged me essentially $2500 dollars for 10x1.7m lengths of timber.......Rather then build it to the standard they the plans originally laid out. Ours was $2619, that was 1meter high dwarf wall rendered and then 700mm high modwood decking. Is this how yours was supposed to be? IMHO. Signing hand over means that you agree the builder has met the contractual agreements and you are satisfied that the house is built as the contract drawings state and as per what has been charged. Once you sign and pay that last bill you don't have much power. It will come down to 'Customer Satisfaction' after that. So essentially i can see through it and stick my hands out the side. the timber doesnt extend over the face structural beam and ends at floor level. With the beam left white at last check rather then have the Fiber Cement Sheet put over it and rendered. It's getting me worked up now.... Yep, Id be saying either do it as the drawings or refund me the whole amount. No excuse for it not being done properly.
