Wow... looks awesome!!!
Thanks. I love the mirror in the family bathroom. It was like $40 dollars or something stupid to make it the entire width of the room. Best upgrade ever.

Re: Building a Waldorf or Marriot by Porter Davis 7713May 30, 2015 9:10 pm I can't explain. Looked like a mixture of compressed timber and fibro and fibreglass. I'll ask my SS and post his response if we can't get to the bottom of it My Waldorf 48 Blog: http://gisbornewillows.blogspot.com.au/ Re: Building a Waldorf or Marriot by Porter Davis 7714May 30, 2015 9:43 pm knyght There has been a bit of work this week for my build in Gisborne. Also, really not happy with how my garage is looking. Going to be a interesting week ahead! What's up with your Garage? The brickwork along the Garage boundary wall at the top where the guttering sits is what can only be described as p1$$ poor. Broken bricks, missing bricks. (i can see into the roof space) there's at least 5 openings into the roof that should be sealed. The inside pillars holding the roof trusses up have been left exposed, and basically bits of cardboard have been stuffed into between the brickwork and the roof truss. It look's terrible. The floor in places has had concrete roughly put in to hide the gap between the brickwork and the concrete slab. The front gutter has a big scratch on it and not sitting correctly. The extra window has about a 2-3cm gap between the window and the lintel. (a small bird could get through it). I had a guy come over to do the concreting quote and he walked through it and just started laughing. So yeah. Just not happy with it at all. The window fitment for most house is ok. 3 of them need to be looked at due to me being able to see the green foil wrap due to the gap between the brickwork and the windows. Most the house is look awesome. But lot of the recent work looks rushed and unfinished. Considering PCI is Wednesday, i cant see handover occuring on time. Oh and the best part. My bank decided to pay PD the final installment without my authorisation. (before handover and cert of occupancy) So whats the chances of PD refunding the bank due to the banking error........ Almost at breaking point.
