My father has parkinson's and will be soon living with us, so will be a full house eventually. Filthyfil Bahhahahahahha +1 Deefeez Would prefer to build an Englehart home if I was gonna spend that sort of $ Would have loved to build with them but it was out of our price range. I Found the Marriott design to have everything we needed and Porter Davis have been fantastic so far. Hopefully start building Nov/Dec if all goes well. You wouldn't be able to build 70 squares for under $1m with Englehart. Re: Building a Waldorf or Marriot by Porter Davis 4997Sep 14, 2014 9:46 pm If u hv nice views, hv u thought about having a terrace over the alfresco? That's one of my should'ves. would've been good to have it open from the retreat (or WIR in your case). Can't imagine it would cost much more considering u save on roof tiles. Re: Building a Waldorf or Marriot by Porter Davis 4999Sep 14, 2014 10:23 pm I'm still looking thru your plan. Might take all night its that big. Lol. My extra 2 cents... Watch out for the man hole in bedroom 4. If it ever gets used, the clothes in that WIR might get a bit dusty. Also, we switched the shower and toilet in bdr 2. In case u ever want to fit a cavity sliding door there. Three options 1 Ask the liquidator 2 Find another PD customer and ask the source of their report 3 Pay for new report 3 13896 I do enjoy the drama:-D In his latest two videos he has started bringing security guards to site, I am waiting for the punch on to begin lol 6 46338 |
