1. 800mm Render Return on both sides - isn't the standard is 710mm render return ? or you pay extra to get the extra 90mm return? I think it will be nice to have the render return up to the downpipe (which divide the render and the brick) but it probably can be discussed on site.
2. R2.5 Insulation / Whirlybirds - as you mention they are standard, you get them for free?
3. Aluminium flyscreen - do you do different fly screen?
With the 800mm returns for rendering... this is what was recommended by our Sales Consultant... I like your suggestion of having it extended to the downpipes.
With the R2.5 insulation, that is what we intend to have in the walls (but are waiting to see what PD provide for the 6 star energy rating)
With the aluminium flyscreens, supposedly the difference is that standard is aluminium whereas bushfire ready is aluminium steel. Can anyone advise me if this is accurate?
Since the render is not standard, interesting to see how much the cost end up
