Noticed you don't have sarking installed, and some places seem to be not fully covered by the roof tiles. Anyway, I like the idea of installing the roof tiles "before" the bricks. I wish our builder can do that. Our timber frames and floors (for first floor) were soaked with water during the long rainy period last Oct/Nov/Dec....
