Hi our house has been wrapped and we now have tiles. Reckon this will be the last of the work for now and restart again in January. someone has poked a few holes in the insulation

yes van its called the grand alfresco (extended from the normal) mine is abit shorter in width because we didnt have enough room to extend the roof line any further in width.) but when it comes to do the decking( thats if i do deck it) then we will extend it out to the fence line .
I will ask the good ppl on home one for advice on what i should do with that area

hi newbie yeah well my son keeps on taking the batteries out of my camera to uses them for his gameboy and of cause i forget sometimes to set the date again lol. but i assure you the house didnt start in 2006

Noticed you don't have sarking installed, and some places seem to be not fully covered by the roof tiles. Anyway, I like the idea of installing the roof tiles "before" the bricks. I wish our builder can do that. Our timber frames and floors (for first floor) were soaked with water during the long rainy period last Oct/Nov/Dec....

hey hung will have to post a recent foto of the roof tiles .Had a nice surprize yest ...A lovely tile fairy came this week or last to finish off the tileing. all nicely sealed now .No water can get in.
