I wouldn't be impressed either especially since they can't even give you a good reason! I hope that things move much faster once they actually start! Yeah it is really unacceptable. I feel like giving them a call and complaining but I know it will fall on deaf ears. I cant believe it would take that long to schedule! How exciting! Re: Building with Ideal Homes in Wattle Grove, WA 33Aug 21, 2011 10:57 am That is awesome, so exciting to see it look like a real house! Ours has been SLOW! Titles were only released last week after originally being told Feb! So we are due to settle in just over a week. So hopefully not too much longer before we see something happening! Re: Building with Ideal Homes in Wattle Grove, WA 34Oct 08, 2011 10:42 pm Just an update for those interested We have now been in lockup for a week and it looks like there isnt much left to be done now....eventhough I know that apparently this is the longest wait during the whole process. The kitchen cupboard etc have been installed as well as the bathrooms and all the shelving complete. We have had a few hiccups however as you would expect. Water damage to the ceiling in the garage had to be replaced twice only because after the first leak they only replaced the ceiling rather than fix the leak in the roof thank god it rained so we could expose their ordinary cover up job Re: Building with Ideal Homes in Wattle Grove, WA 35Oct 09, 2011 2:29 am great that things are moving along! Can't wait to see some photos! Re: Building with Ideal Homes in Wattle Grove, WA 36Nov 11, 2011 10:20 pm House is now finished and inspected. Will now get the keys in 7 days and that's finally that! So glad everything went relatively smooth and completed on time! Looks like they did a really good job too! Inspector was particually impressed with the standard. So happy now!!!
