We are in acacia parklands wattle grove, where the living stream project has been done as part of the shire recreational walk and park areas. We've been asked to prepare ourselves that site works might cost about 15K to 25K for Wattle Grove area!!! I hope ours won't be that high but I guess we'll never really know until a later date. Why so much have they given you a reason for this, maybe get the siteworks done by someone else, we had our other house done outside of the builder and paid $12500 but that was in 1996 and in Mundaring and we had a couple of days rock breaking so seems a lot for Wattle Grove if it is just clay, I would definately get some independant prices for siteworks.
