You were so right about the black splashback - it looks amazing! I love your floors too! And the flower arrangement is so gorgeous - nice and fresh! Well Done - good to see some positive things happening My karma ran over your dogma Re: BUILDING update 606Sep 26, 2008 8:38 am well i can see little red-orange specs. I think your kitchen looks fabulous DY.
Love the black benchtops with the dark cupboards and splashback. It doesn't look too dark at all because of the lighter ones above the bench cupboards. can't wait for more pics. Bring it on! Re: BUILDING update 607Sep 26, 2008 9:34 am Can I just say your kitchen looks "hollywood" very nice I can see the flecks its just beautiful. I think the colours in your flower arrangement would like nice against your kitchen also.
Can't wait to see more and yeah your floors to look wonderful. Re: BUILDING update 608Sep 28, 2008 10:21 pm Your splashback looks stunning Dy. Like a galaxy of stars! I bet you're so happy with it. The flowers are lovely too - would love to see a far-away shot of it with your dining table. They're really gorgeous! Re: BUILDING update 609Sep 29, 2008 12:42 am Spectacular, love the clean white overheads with no handles. Did you consider stainless power points ?
regards sean Re: BUILDING update 610Sep 30, 2008 3:35 pm Black powerpoints are on order ... they'll blend in with the splash. I have to recommend the glass and benchtop guy again. How easy is he to work with!
Well done Apex Glass - highly recommended . donuts I'll post some more pics once the ADSL is up and running. Re: BUILDING update 612Oct 11, 2008 4:07 pm if only someone would clean the house I might post some updated pics .
Whats working well: . The laundry in the garage is an absolute dream. I love it. Best thing we did. All the dirty clothes, folding and ironing occurs out of sight. We put some carpet in there so it still feels like part of the house. . White and bone against the polished floors. Nice contrast. . Kitchen and outdoor space what's a challenge. . Massive glass ... we are living in an aquarium atm . Looking forward to the curtains arriving. And heat transfer . . Everything is on view . If the dog digs a hole in the backyard you can see it from the front door. But we are enjoying it all! Gardening tomorrow. Re: BUILDING update 613Oct 11, 2008 6:36 pm a few pics of the dining/family
