Re: Our Dream Home at Freeling 218Mar 13, 2012 1:17 pm ness'n'troy... I know its been a while since you moved in and last posted ETC, but I was wondering if you may be able to provide an overall "turn key" price for your Piazza 270. I know it varies depending on the personal touches you want etc, but I was hoping you could give a $$$ value to cover everything including floors and curtains, etc, all the finishing touches. AV Jennings dont seem to want to give me any sort of indication whatsoever. I have had email issues and I cant access my ness;n;troy account. We built the Piazza 250 not the 270 Our total price came to around the $245,000 mark. That included floor coverings, stormwater and driveway/perimeter paths. Like you said it depends alot on personal touches. Thats having the Freedom price not the access and we upgraded a few things but nothing over the top. Av Jennings were pretty good to deal with. They are building my in laws house at the moment and I cant believe how fast it is going up. They have been given a July handover date and they are already tiling the bathrooms so they will get hand over wayyyyyy ahead of that. We already paid for somfy motors for the blinds. The quote above was purely for “pre-wiring” so the blinds company can install the motors and blinds. That’s why we… 5 16268 of course there are legal avenues. You've already mentioned it. Sue them.
