I know it varies depending on the personal touches you want etc, but I was hoping you could give a $$$ value to cover everything including floors and curtains, etc, all the finishing touches. I have had email issues and I cant access my ness;n;troy account. We built the Piazza 250 not the 270 ![]() Our total price came to around the $245,000 mark. That included floor coverings, stormwater and driveway/perimeter paths. Like you said it depends alot on personal touches. Thats having the Freedom price not the access and we upgraded a few things but nothing over the top. Av Jennings were pretty good to deal with. They are building my in laws house at the moment and I cant believe how fast it is going up. They have been given a July handover date and they are already tiling the bathrooms so they will get hand over wayyyyyy ahead of that. I second taking your plans elsewhere.
