Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Feb 28, 2011 2:22 pm Looking at building with Burbank, house model Santoro 2300. Just wanted to get an idea of the things I should look out for. We are looking at getting the promenade package also which will cover us for stone top benches, 900mm appliances in kitchen etc. One thing I wasn't sure about was if driveways are included? And if anyone has any advise they could give, dont wanna get caught out on something and be paying a fortune over my budget. Re: BUILDING WITH BURBANK 2Jan 10, 2012 12:37 pm Just rememeber the driveway is usually included but its only a certain amount in my instance i had to pay 100 bux extra or so for the excess. Also note the flooring included, you will still probs need to upgrade. I have the same package and am building a slightly bigger the generation 26 and it has cost me just under 60k to get everything needed. Re: BUILDING WITH BURBANK 3Jan 10, 2012 12:55 pm Agree with ddls, We had to pay a little extra to cover the entire driveway (Burbank Included 30m2 or something) Try to get all the upgrades you need during the colour selection - This will save you Time during the long Admin process. Saying this you coud do it cheaper, but you coud also do it for more Depends on your budget. A bit of an old post, but I guess it's still relevant.
