Been livin in waterside for two years had to deal with it but it has been getting better as more houses go up. Don't let me put you off the place it has the best primary schools goin around and most of the people are freindly. Also should there be a separate pre-lay for the electrical cable? Time for a phone call....... And the electrical conduit will be chased into the slab, which is normal if they can't get on site before the slab gets poured.... Have done the entire perimeter of the house, will hopefully see the rest go up this week and can finally have a proper walk around into each room!!
