wow! I think I know where you built it... is it A****a St in HH? My parents live around the corner and I've watched it go up over the last few months- seem pretty quick to me!
And you've got a great size block too- looks like you've got some work ahead and a great house to live in- congrats!

Yes - that's the one!!
Shouldn't be too long now, just waiting for the flooring in the New Year.
Just an update - flooring was completed last week, and carpets were finished yesterday. So now .... we're moving in!!! Almost a year to the day since we got the keys to the house we demolished, although we actually signed up for the build 2 months before that.
Here's a couple of pics of the flooring (which looks great by the way!)
I hate bright kitchens but looking at yours I could be persuaded.... It looks very stunning and clean. I love the variation in the floorboard colour too. Well done and enjoy.

Looks very neutral colour theme to me- take the kids plastic cups off the bench and what is bright?
Brittany, is your kitchen all white by any chance??
But, I agree, timber flooring looks so good in areas like these, we are doing similar and only having carpet in lounge and bedrooms, open space kit/meals/family and hallways in timber.
I love the variation in the floor boards - you could put just about any colour of timber furniture with those and it will be fine ...... its really beautiful!
Actually... my kitchen hopefully is going to be the same as in the showroom - chocolate cupboards, black mottled bench top, small rose red feature tiles as a splashback! I walked in and said I want that - how easy can it be! They used orange tiles though. I always said I didn't want a white house but every so often I see a picture and think mmmm!
Brittany, I don't get it - you don't like bright kitchens but you are having chocolate cupboards, black mottled bench and red splashback - won't that be bright??
Brighter in fact than the fairly neutral tones in Pootle's kitchen??
