What is our rights when build goes over contract?

Hi

We have a build underway with Beechwood. There are two weeks away from being out of contract after adding extra days for xmas, rain and hloidays. There was plenty in the contract about our responsibility but nothing about theres. Any ideas?

Louise
Most contracts state that the builder will pay you xxx dollars per week if the contract goes over the completion date. Do you not have anything like this in your contract? Is it a standard HIA contract or other?
