Looks great so far. Nice size kitchen and the colour selections look great https://forum.homeone.com.au/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=43937&start=0 Bought a block in Golden Grove - Jan 2011 Finally finished our design, Mar 2012, *yay* Signed with ADH council consent June 12 Re: Building the Monaco - Fairmont Homes - Question??? 82Apr 14, 2011 9:53 am Theresa, look on your plans as to where your taps will be. We specifically asked for taps to be under bench as well as a powerpoint. Your washing machine will drain into your trough (there is usually a hole in the trough where your pipe goes into. We also fell intot he trap of having to drill our own hole in the cupboard to get the pipes and electrical courd to the taps/powerpoint under the bench. You should also think about this if you have a dishwasher!! ------------------------------------------------------ Handover: 14 December 2010 Current: Putting in plants! It all makes sense now. I’ve had a closer look at the plans and documentation I took away from the final builder’s interview and it's noted that the washing machine taps and powerpoint will be in the trough cupboard. Yay! As for the hole through to the washing machine from the trough, I would’ve assumed that one was a given. Thanks for bring it to my attention. I’ll certainly be checking for the hole now No action at the block today, the slab hasn’t been poured yet. I’m expecting it to be poured on Tuesday next week so it’ll be a bonus if it happens any earlier. Re: Building the Monaco - Fairmont Homes - Slab Complete 85Apr 19, 2011 8:21 pm Woohoo! Well guessing you'll start seeing some wood arrive soon for your frames yay!! Haha! I initially thought it looked way smaller too! The main bedroom looks so big in the display but not so much at the moment. Even the garage looked small so I got DH to measure the cars to make sure they’ll fit! I’m so looking forward to getting a frame.
