Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Feb 07, 2011 11:16 am We are building in a Satterley Estate... Is $1500 for a under ground power run in reasonable? and $3700 for a additional engineers detail? whats that? Do builders give you the soild test report? They did not give us the report but charge alot for site works.. What are peoples thoughts on cost of site works.... is this how they cover there mistakes if you have signed a good deal??? Any info would be handy Re: Building Aussie Living homes, Busselton WA - Site Works 2Feb 07, 2011 3:48 pm A copy of my site report was bound into the contract documents. I think I am going to organise a meeting with our sales rep... I will have a look at some of threads you mentioned... thanks for info.
