Re: Peas are getting a new Pod...painting & flooring =) 282Nov 24, 2011 4:52 pm I'm baaack! Well I've been MIA for a while thanks to Telstra taking there sweet time setting up our account properly. I had major internet withdrawals...looking at a mobile screen just isn't the same Moving was very hectic and very stressful, but is slowly becoming a distant memory. Loving our house. Still lots to do, mainly outside, but that will take time and we enjoy having little projects to do on weekends (with 4 kiddies though, it's going to take A LOT of weekends). Aircon and dishwasher is in, that was our priority, and most of the inside stuff is sorted. Just a bit of painting, decorating and unpacking to go. Our builder is still offering great service even after handover. We had a minor plumbing issue when we moved in, called the builder and a tradesman was knocking on our door by the same afternoon. Very happy! Now I'm sure your all yelling enough talk, just show us some pics. Believe it or not I don't really have that many. When we first moved in I thought we ruined our beautiful house filling it with all our boxes and junk So time for a major cleanout! I still have boxes around the place I have to unpack and would like to get rid of all that before I post pics. We are also waiting on some new furniture to be delivered. I do have some though.... Love our location. This is the beautiful beach we walk down to occassionally. there is a little foreshore with a playground and bbq facilities. On the walk from our house to the beach we pass a deli, fish & chip shop and bottlo. Great way to spend Sundays Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Hubby and a landscaping friend ended up doing our own crossover due to overpriced quotes and they did a brilliant job. Sorry not the best pic, but all I have at the moment. We have only just had the last of them installed and we ordered them the week we painted the house. 2 of the aluminium venetians still have to be fixed. They do look good even though it's been problem after problem with the blind company. We plan on adding some sheers to the bedrooms ourselves with some readymades to finish them off.
