City of melville have a page called 'online services.' Had some feedback from the council. They want the floor level reduced by 100mm. Or we can lodge a planning application... I didn't get a chance to ring the builder today, but hopefully they are on to it and they are changing the plan. The council also wants to ensure the verge tree is to remain. hmmm. Bring on approval. Were also still waiting on approval. Re: Making sense of Council Tracking Website 9Feb 01, 2011 11:55 am yeah. I do find it useful - to know it's being moved from pile to pile. The builder rang me today to say they are lowering the house by 10cm in order to keep the council laws happy. Builder says it won't add any time to our council process. Still hoping for a slab at the end of feb!!!! Crossing all my toes. xx What are you building bella? Because it's in an old suburb couldn't connect up to shire storm water so had to wait for engineered storm water pits and drainage, then just to make matters worse our next door neighbour decided he wanted to heighten his driveway and put new boundry retaining wall in.Unfortunately it wasn't deep enough and has put our house plans in jeopardy,so we've had to adapt house plan and put back into shire.
