Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Jan 21, 2011 2:53 pm Hi All Question again. Please look at the pic below: My land (lot 4) situates in between three 'horizontal' lands (lot 1, 2, 3) and lot 5. At the stage, a new house is being erected on lot 2 --- it's almost done, but hasn't got any fences yet. We're still in DA process, and most likely lot 5 would commence construction together with us. Lot 1&3 are still on the market. My question is about the fence in future. 1) if lot 2 is done, how much should we share with them? 1/3? 2) How to negotiate with Lot 5 to choose same style of fence as lot 2 used? If they don't like it, do I have to accept different fencing style on each side of my courtyard?? 3) What about the rear fences in lot 1&3? The lands are still on the market. Thanks everyone. I hope you all want the same colour! or that the developer has a rule that they all have to be the same colour! It’s been enclosed. I’m not sure what was removed, as it was done quite some time ago - well before what I can see with photos online… 2 11589 Interested in getting either the Polytec Boston Oak or Palace Peak for kitchen cabinets. Looking at the Boston Oak ones, it appears that the colour varies significantly… 0 9185 |
