The wife quickly spent the leave over on extras for the house. Can anybody give me some suggestuions on Render colour as we are having the house done in Hebel and colours for our kitchen. Re: Tender stage 2Jan 21, 2011 4:28 pm Hi Tigerthai, That's fantastic your site costs were less than you had expected! As far as house colours go maybe you could narrow it down a bit, do you like lighter or darker colours? Are you having tiles or Colorbond roof, light or dark? Timber stained/painted or aluminium windows? Was there a PD display home you particularly liked, or you could visit Hopetoun, the PD showroom on the weekends for ideas. You could also have a look in the Kitchen Forum for inspiration on the type of colours you'd like, have a look at "show me your kitchen" which is fantastic, although it may confuse you even more as all the kitchens are stunning!! Re: Tender stage 3Jan 24, 2011 11:56 am Hi Tigerthai, I'm glad to hear that your Tender Appointment went smoothly & that your site costs were under the estimated price. Mimi23 has offered a great suggestion on visiting some display homes for render colour ideas. Keep us updated with how you go and let me know if you have any questions in the future. Cheers, Jess.
