We've just deposited and exchanged on the last Premium block in the latest release - can't really believe we are starting down this road! It's very early days, but I drove past today and saw that there were initial site works starting. Good to see movement happening. We had hoped to finish before new year... What about the 8.5 meter blocs..... what could you possible build on that? I don't who is going to buy this and there's a lot of those near the park. Those thin blocks are likely to be townhouses, I'd say.
