Thanks ... we will be when everything's fixed ... who knows when that will happen ... gutters and window render were supposed to be fixed ASAP from an email sent by the builder on 18th October ... perhaps it doesn't mean "as soon as possible", perhaps it's code for "when we feel like it" Yes we do love it and it's easy to live in. Re: Building the McLaren by Dechellis - 3 month maintenance 1055Nov 24, 2011 10:01 am Some good news at last ... after receiving no response to our last email sent to the"Customer Relations" Manager on 9th November, we got a call on Tuesday from the maintenance manager to say that he is going to arrange for all the trades to be at the house to fix everything on our 3 month maintenance list on 15th (and maybe 16th) December, so we have arranged for the curtains and blinds to be installed the week after - just in time for Christmas So fingers crossed that it all happens - sounds like a lot to do in a day or so but we will see.... Thanks Nat - just had a call from DH to say that the supervisor and another chap turned up to look at the problem with the verandah gutters and he had to be firm with them as they tried to fob him off - they finally said they will fix it and have gone off to see what the display home is like .... How are things going for you? Any progress?
